In this overview users can be added. For each user different rights can be assigned. The following users rights are distinguished:

  • View (except audit trail): Is automatically selected for all users

  • Modify static data: Change all data related to locations, groups etc.

  • Manage issues: Create, close, delete, comments on issues

  • View audit trail: View the log of activities carried out on the application

  • Manage users: Add or remove users or change user settings in the asset environment

  • Export data: Generate a data export

  • Import data: Use external data to be imported into the Asset Monitoring Platform (e.g. manual measurements or historical data)

  • Manage issue triggers: Create, configure or delete issue triggers

  • Manage devices: Add or remove devices

  • Manage condition reports: Create, delete conditions reports

  • Configure the environment: Add a new environment, change the environment name,

Users of the environment an be filtered by their rights.

Notification level

In the user section of the settings menu, you can see who is subscribed to issue notifications, and what level (serious, critical, none). This can also be seen when you open the dialog of a specific user.
