Measurement triggered issues

You can enable the auto-closing of issues triggered by measurements. This option is located at Settings -> General.

You are able to set the number of normal measurements Withthegrid needs to receive via port for an issue to be automatically closed. Alternatively, a time period can be set: we will automatically close the issue after receiving only normal measurements during the specified period

If needed, auto-closing can be turned off for particular issues. The corresponding checkbox can be found in the Automation settings popup of the issue dialog window.
